Refunds

We have a 1 week refund policy, which means you have 1 week prior to the start of your registered event to request for a refund. Refunds requested less than 1 week prior to the event date will not be fulfilled.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@paifoundation.org. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via email.
