Kumu Hula Vicky Holt Takamine will conduct a hula ‘auana workshop for intermediate and advanced hula practitioners on June 23, 2012 from 1-3pm at the Westbeth Community Room, 55 Bethune Street (between Washington & West Side Hwy), New York, NY 10014. Dancers must have mastered the basic hula steps and have a good understanding of hula terminology. Dancers will learn movements to Lei Awapuhi Kaluhea as recorded by Na Palapalai.
