Next Generation Art Spaces Project

PA’I Foundation is pleased to be a part of the Kennedy Center New Generation Art Spaces project. In spring, 2010, the DeVos Institute of Arts Management at the Kenndy Center partnered with the Ford Foundation to launch Capacity Building: Next Generation Arts Spaces. This national initiative provides planning and management assistance to ten organizations in the process of creating, renovating, or revitalizing performance or exhibition spaces.

Through Capacity Building seminars, Michael Kaiser and Kennedy Center senior staff provide free training and technical support for executive, artistic, and board leadership of arts organizations worldwide. These ongoing seminars offer guidance in strategic planning, fundraising, institutional and programmatic marketing, artistic planning, and board development

PA’I will be hosting Michael Kaiser, the Kennedy Center staff and our fellow arts organization cohort here in Hawai’i in December for discussions on strategic planning.
